Objective

This folio was designed for investors seeking aggressive capital growth. Please review the investment information at www.ipocandy.com to ensure that this folio meets your investment objectives now and as investments and goals change over time.

Strategy

The IPO Candy folio seeks capital appreciation with a selection of 10 to 20 recently listed stocks. The stocks are chosen by utilizing the IPO Candy proprietary system of analyzing recently-listed IPOs across the U.S. stock markets, based on company fundamentals, opportunity and valuation.

Note: Inverse and leveraged ETFs are complicated instruments that should only be used by investors who understand and are comfortable with the ETF’s terms, investment objectives, risks, distribution of any gains, tax consequences, fees and expenses. The ETF may include features designed to achieve the fund’s investment objectives on a daily basis, which can make an underlying index or reference over a longer period of time by the fund untraceable. Folio makes available most exchange-traded ETFs for use by advisors and clients but does not recommend any securities or strategies. According to FINRA, leveraged ETFs typically are not suitable for retail investors who plan to hold them for more than 1 trading session, particularly in volatile markets. Carefully review the applicable prospectus for each ETF by visiting the fund-specific website before investing in inverse or leveraged ETFs.

* Returns reflect unfunded model performance from the Inception Date to the present. Your returns may deviate significantly from the values displayed here, due to many factors, including how long after a strategy has been updated that you place orders to update your holdings. No membership or trading fees (other than the indirect cost of the bid-ask spread applicable whenever a transaction is conducted) are included in reported performance.

Steps to Create This Folio

  1. IPO Candy tracks nearly all recently U.S.-listed growth companies in technology, healthcare, finance and the Internet business domains.
  2. IPO Candy uses fundamental company and market analysis to populate a proprietary “Intrinsic Valuation (IV)” model and business momentum indicators.
  3. Securities are selected and weighted in the portfolio based on the difference between their current market valuation and the IV estimate. In addition, the business momentum indicators are consulted to judge the timeliness of the selection.

Number of Securities

The number of securities will vary but generally be between 10 and 30. In certain market conditions the number of securities could exceed these numbers. If few stocks meet the investment selection criteria, then the portfolio may only consist of a few stocks until market conditions change.

Update Frequency

The IPO Candy folio will be updated at the discretion of IPO Candy. The portfolio is generally rebalanced to the target security weights at least quarterly. If the characteristics of the folio have changed substantially, the stocks included may change. Also, corporate actions, such as a merger, or other events may cause the underlying holdings to change at any time.

IPO Candy evaluates companies on an ongoing basis and publishes an analysis of all companies tracked twice per month.

If the characteristics of the Folio have changed substantially, the securities included may change.
